In a beautiful deep red chenille fabric these college font iron-on letter patches with a sparkly gold trim backing are perfect for personalising with style. Our gold trim 5cm patch letters come in a wide range of colours which you can mix and match if you are not able to settle on one colour.

This particular colour is part of our Christmas 2021 collection and we know will be a firm favourite for all those festive personalisation projects for years to come!

These chenille patches are suitable for ironing on but can also be sewn on or attached using a good quality fabric glue depending on your preference and can be applied to clothing, soft furnishings and other apparel.

Application Type: Iron-On/Sew on
Height: 5cm (width averages around 4cm depending on the letter)

Patch application

1. Ensure your garment is clean & freshly laundered (this includes new items).

2. Set your iron to the "COTTON" setting, for five minutes ((Important: Ensure NO STEAM))

3. Thoroughly iron the area of your garment where the patch (or patches) will be placed.

4. Place the patch on your garment, embroidery facing up.

5. Place a cloth or light towel over the patch and using a slow circular motion, press firmly for 30 seconds. Do not over iron the top as this can damage the glitter border.

6. Turn your garment inside out, and iron the back of the patch for 30 seconds.

7. Let cool for one minute. If the edge of the patch can be lifted, repeat step 6

Aftercare

Handwash cold or on a delicate cycle.
Do not use bleach or harsh detergents.

For a permanent fixture apply a couple of stitches.
