My item is faulty. What do I do?

We're really sorry that one of our items is faulty, was damaged in transit or is not up to our usual high standards.

Please contact one of our friendly support team members via phone +44 (0) 1296 792 689 or email us directly via team@patchesrus.co.uk so we can help.

Our returns for online items is FREE if the item is found to:

  • Be faulty or not of satisfactory quality (this includes customised items)
  • Not be fit for the purpose for which it was sold
  • Not correspond with its description/photographs

Under such circumstances, goods must be returned to us promptly once the defect has been identified – and, so far as is reasonably practicable, in their original condition and packaging. Contact our support team on the details above to organise a return label to be sent to you. 

Please note: A printer will be require so you can print the return label and affix to your parcel. 

Please allow up to 15 working days for your refund, from the date you send your parcel back to us. There is no need to contact us. You'll receive an email when it has been processed.
