What are the refund exceptions for purchases?

Refund exceptions:

  1. Unfortunately, unless the product is faulty (more here), we are unable to accept returns, or provide a refund for personalised or customised items.

  2. We are unable to accept items that have been returned outside of the 14 day returns period (see here), or that have been used or are in an unsellable condition.

  3. Return postage is the customer's responsibility for unwanted items, unless the product is confirmed faulty (more here)
